Stephen was raised on a dairy farm not far from Timboon, a few hours west of Melbourne. He became an engineer, eventually establishing his own technology consulting company. His wife Sandy was a minister’s daughter. She was born in Adelaide, became a teacher, and moved to Melbourne to teach in a Christian school.
Stephen studied at the Presbyterian Theological College (PTC) in Melbourne. After graduating, Stephen accepted a call to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Moe in 2011 where he and Sandy continue to serve today.
Stephen and Sandy are happily married with three children (all married), and a bunch of grandchildren that keep them busy every visit.
